How You Make Money

Must knows

• We come to you for a $20 upfront fee and $20 per hour for sorting/organizing/transporting
• We can help you sort though attics, garages, storage units and extra closets for a fee. Small projects to big projects. Fee is discussed, and paid inadvance.
• We will try to sell your items for 90 or 120 days. Depends on amount (full house would be the 120)
• After 90 or 120 days, you will be responsible for picking up your items. Otherwise will be donated to 2ndLife or donated to a thrift location.
• Will price items to resell market value, slightly higher for promotions and reasonable buyers offers. 
• 2ndLife is a 60/40 payout after selling fee from platforms. 
• We keep records of all the items, what they sold for, how much the sale made and your 40% cut. You can request a copy.
• You will be fully paid out after the contract ends (All items that sell from day 1 to 90/120). Payment can be mailed by check, or in person when picking up your remaining items. Also payment can be sent by Zelle or PayPal. 
• You will also sign a copy understanding all the must knows and will be sent a copy by picture in a text or email.
